4 Blocks, 4 Minutes at each station, 2 rounds. This total body workout is great for all fitness levels and will help you find your inner strength. We will help you tap into all your energy systems for a metabolic scorcher! Are you ready to see how strong you are?
Personal Training but in a small group. Get the camaraderie & team work you wish for along with the guidance from a TURF Coach. Capped at 8 people for quality control, allowing you the attention & instruction you deserve from your coach.

TURF Hiit is a High Intensity Interval Training class that is a hybrid of Tabata, Strength & Power training all in one. This class allows you to hit all planes of motion, torch calories and body fat, target all the muscles in your body while leaving you feeling ready to take on anything! This class is designed to allow the participant to push themselves as hard as they want to, while allowing them to ease back as needed. This allows it to be created for all fitness levels.
Everything Butt is one of our new signature classes, focusing on lower body and of course your glutes. From squats, deadlifts, glute bridges, side lunges, curtsy lunges and so much more. Get your BUTT in here and let's shape it to your liking!
Everything Arms is designed for everyone who wants to tone, tighten, and strengthen their upper body. From multiple sequences to shape your shoulders, biceps & triceps, this sweaty- calorie burner is for you! Come push, pull, curl & extend your arms to the limit.
This total body bootcamp is guaranteed to get your whole body moving in more ways than one. A combination of body weight and dumbbell training, allowing you to burn off those calories and unwanted belly fat. While tightening and toning the body you want and deserve.
